This supplemental 2.2 lb counterweight is made for Explore Scientific iEXOS mounts. Adding counterweight lets you balance a heavier telescope, camera or accessory load so the mount tracks smoothly and the drive is not working against an off-balance payload.

It includes a locking knob to hold it securely in place on the counterweight shaft. This version is black; an all-white version is also available.
