It's hard not to wonder what Galileo's telescope was like. When I first saw an advertisement for this telescope kit I just knew I had to get one. It was a real eye-opener for me to see the moon and Jupiter through this scope; the field of view was so tiny and gives one a great idea of what Galileo was able to accomplish, and a new appreciation of his fortitude.
The telescope was easy enough to assemble but requires a good deal of care in following instructions. I'm really happy that I made the purchase.
