Bresser 8x42 WD Nautic Binoculars
Precision-built and housed in a tough rubber-covered body, the long eye-relief Nautic Binoculars with its built-in digital compass are waterproof and fogproof, perfect for sea or land with fully-coated lenses for bright, sharp images even in poor weather and low light. A great value, yet still priced way below what you’d expect to pay for high-precision optics!
The Bresser Nautic 8x42 has an integrated digital compass in its armor housing, to help you navigate on land or on water. Temperature and time are shown on the display
These binoculars are nitrogen-purged and therefore waterproof to a depth of one meter for up to five minutes. Nitrogen-purging also eliminates fogging inside your optics, and keeps sand, dirt and other fine particles on the outside, where they belong.
A smooth rubber coating further protects your Nautic binoculars. This coating makes the binoculars easier to hold when your hands are cold or wet, and at the same time, it helps absorb impacts when dropped or bumped.
The rubber eyecups twist up so that you can adjust them just the way you like. This is a great feature for everyone, but especially for those who wear glasses. Diopter compensation is also a nice feature of these binoculars. Since everyone’s eyes are different, diopter compensation allows you to adjust the focus to suit yours.
The focus knob, conveniently located in the center of the bridge, is rubber coated and knurled for a better grip. Simply reach across the barrels with each hand and gently move the focus knob to the left or right until you achieve sharp focus.
The Bresser Nautic waterproof binoculars come with a high-quality soft case and a practical neck strap.
