Explore Scientific attends the annual Northeast Astronomy Forum, the World's Largest Astronomy Show to give demonstrations and to show our latest gear. This amazing show attracts thousands of people and combines an astronomical industry trade show, a NEAF Talk lecture series, and hands-on activities such as solar viewing that's fun and informative for the entire family.
In 2019, we showed our entire line of ED Air-Spaced Triplets, the entire line of AR Air-Spaced Doublets, the entire line of Explore Scientific Truss Tube Dobsonians, the entire line of PMC-Eight Equatorial Mounts, the entire line of Explore Scientific Waterproof Eyepieces, the FirstLight Series of telescopes, the Galileoscope Telescope Kit, and other STEM products from Explore One, and select BRESSER Microscopes. We also showed select premium binoculars and spotting scopes from BRESSER and Alpen.
We gave door prizes through the Rockland Astronomy Club at NEAF, and from the Explore Scientific booth. It was a great time, and it was so wonderful to see so many old friends and to get the opportunity to make new ones.
The 2020 event will be held on April 5th and 6th and we hope to see you there. We plan to make our presence there even better, with a two-part astro-imaging workshop conducted by Robert Vice and Jerry Hubbell.
