Hi,
I just left a message on your chat line. While checking out my gear for the Winter Star Party I found that my twighlight II pier extension has become frozen to the mount: I can’t disengage the two and I can (barely!) get the mount to rotate on the extension. Last use was October – everything worked fine then. Any chance I can get some help with this while at the WSP (since you’ll also be there)?Thanks,
